CLMS CMMI Maturity Level 2 Process Definition   Reliable Methods, LLC leveraged CLMS, LLC’s existing Software and Systems Engineering practices, to define a robust set of software and systems engineering processes which are fully compliant with the CMMI Maturity Level 2 Staged Representation Model.

Office of the Comptroller of the Currency   Supported the Program Management efforts for procurement of IT Services need to develop and support some mission applications. Efforts included reviewing and revising Statements of Work, Business. Additional tasking included: earned value management tasks, planning for major power-down/power up event. (Sub-contracted to Primescape)

Business Development Support   Supported 2 clients on proposal responses (Nortel Government Solutions, and CLMS, LLC). Involvement included developing win themes on specific proposal sections, writing specific sections, and serving on pink-team and red-team review panels.    Have also performed capture through proposal development and execution as a sub-contractor to CLMS on the US-Senate SETA award.
