in IT management for our government customers including: · Software and Systems Engineering, technical solutions, studies, requirements engineering,
make/buy decision analysis and, full lifecycle engineering and support. · Program Management Office Support, which includes preparation of Statements of Work
and/or Statements of Objectives, Earned Valued Management, requirements analysis, project planning, and project monitoring
and controlling. · Business and Technical Process Analysis/Development, which includes capturing and blending “as-is”
and “to-be” processes to achieve tactical and strategic business objectives, based upon industry best practices
as found in: CMMI, ITIL, and PMBOK.

best practices to client’s existing practices and strategic objectives. Ms. Voigt has led a software and systems
engineering division to a CMMI Maturity Level 5, implemented ITIL Service Support Practices for an infrastructure support
